Warranty (3 years*)

Dear sir/madam,

We give a three [3] years warranty after purchase of the product on the material, construction and on assembly failures.

We hereby have to point out that spare parts or additional attached products delivered with the product do not have this warranty. E.g. Are IDE cables, Temperature indicators, Caselights, Casefans, Sidewindows and Frontplates.

If within 14 days one of the above mentioned spare/additional parts gets defect, please contact us and we will send you a replacement. After this period of 14 days we will not be able to provide you with a replacement.

Please note that we have different warranty conditions for the different product categories.

For scratches or surface damage on one of our products the warranty period is 3 Months. Please notice that failures due to technical innovations are no reason to reclaim.

Does your MS-TECH product experiencing other defects or problems that are not described above within the warranty period. Please refer to your retailer where you bought the product.

Is the retailer unable to help you with the problem, please contact our Service Department (hereby we have to notify that by possible postal costs, send and receive, these are charged on the customer.) By sending us your defect product you accept our warranty terms and conditions.

We only start an investigation on your defect product when you attach a copy of the original invoice (whereon at least product, date and the retailer name are on presented) and a clear description of the problem you have with the product, when the problem started, why you have this problem and what other hardware you have used with this product when the problems occurred.

MS-Tech keeps the right to decline a free replacement of the product when the asked information is not provided or when the information given is not complete.

The right on replacement of a defect product is not applicable when a product is defect because of an accident, wrong usage, overindulgence or disassembly by end-consumer.

MS-Tech is not responsible for failures as result of driver software or loss of data in any form.

No matter what circumstances, MS-TECH will never repay a higher amount in money or in value of product(s) than the cost price of the defect product.

Reparation or replacement under the terms of this warranty is of equivalency with the defect products quality or value. If there has been no customized agreement with the client created. For the replaced hardware, the warranty of the original products is remained.

MS-TECH is continuously developing its products. We hope you therefore respect that our product line can vary and that products can change over the time in technical features but also design.

Attention

 

Before installing any hardware into your pc please unplug the pc from the power grid and discharge yourself from static energy, this can be done by holding a radiator or something from metal.

The producer of the hardware takes no guarantee on defects as result of a false installation or an installation done by a non-certified person. Please contact your retailer before building in extra hardware components.

Connecting the pc with the power grid while installing components or when the case is still open can cause defects to your hardware and/or physical health damage.
