Conditions (3 years)
Dear Sir or Madam,
We guarantee that the MS-TECH product purchased by you at time of purchase and 3 years afterwards will be free of material, design and production errors.
Additionally we have to inform you that wearing parts and product extras, such as headphones, case lights, fans, IDE cables, side windows, front covers, are not included in the warranty period.
Should any of the above mentioned parts have a damage/error within the first 14 days after purchase please contact us so we can initiate an exchange.
Errors out of this period of time cannot be considered anymore.
Be aware that special product groups/ranges have a special warranty period (see list below).
Errors caused by technical news are no reason to exchange the product. For damages to the surface and scratches there is a max. warranty period of three months. Should your MS-Tech product have an error, that is not origin in the reasons mentioned above and within the declared warranty period please contact your dealer, where you purchased it, to initiate an exchange.
Should this way not be possible please contact our service department.
(Please be aware that you have to cover the costs for the parcel service both ways)
Warranty service will only be granted, if the following things are included:
- a copy of the invoice (with date of purchase, product type, name of the dealer)
- the product supposed to have an error
- a detailed error description.
MS-TECH reserves the right to reject service if the above mentioned documents aren’t included, or the included information is insufficient or unreadable. If the error description is insufficient to find the error directly an inspection fine of up to 50€ will be levied.

MS-TECH does not cover damages or errors caused by software and data losses in general.
In any case we only cover the costs of the product.
Repair and exchange claims within the warranty period can be fulfilled with functionally equal or repaired, successor or improved products or an alternative product agreed with the customer. After an exchange the warranty period does not restart but continue.
MS-TECH always works on the improvement of all their products. Please show understanding that therefore changes to our product range, products, scope of delivery, equipment and technology are possible.
Texts, descriptions and illustrations are based on the information dated on the point in time of print. Reproductions and adoptions without consent of MS-TECH are prohibited.
For the following product groups a 2-year warranty period is valid:
- power supplies
- Multimedia Player
Attention
Unplug your hardware before working on it in any case. Earthen yourself to protect your hardware from static damage.
